'Modern family' star Sofia Vergara and boyfriend Joe Manganiello reportedly got engaged recently.
A source told E Online that even after being together for just six months, the pair is inseparable. The 38-year-old 'True Blood' star reportedly proposed to his ladylove on Christmas Eve at sunset.
"I've never seen two people so truly in love. The way they talk to each other, touch each other. It's incredible," a source says referring to one of the hottest couples of Tinseltown.
Vergara and Manganiello were vacationing in Hawaii when the two decided to get married, People reports.
Even though representatives for Vergara and Manganiello have not commented on the mater, another source told the magazine that the 'Magic Mike' actor had decided to propose her during the trip but he was "very nervous" as he wasn't sure if she feels the same way about him. "He wasn't 100 percent sure she would say yes," the source said.
However, on 25 December Vergara was spotted flaunting a gorgeous diamond ring while relaxing by the pool with her now-fiancé.
On Sunday, the 'Chef' actress posted a snugly picture of Manganiello and her along with birthday wishes for him. The vacation was believed to be part of Manganiello's birthday celebrations.
The 42-year-old Colombian-American wrote: "Happy happy bday to my love and best friend," she captioned a cozy photo of the couple, "to the one that makes me laugh like crazy! have a wonderful year babe!!! (sic)."
The two had sparked engagement speculation when they were spotted jewellery shopping in Los Angeles. He reportedly bought Vergara a $640 rose ring.
The two became very serious very fast. Vergara was previously engaged to be married to Nick Loeb. The two had an on-again off-again relationship, finally ending it for good in ma 2014.
Even before dating, Manganiello had revealed that the ABC actress was his "Celeb crush".
"I had forgotten I had said that. And when the magazine came out, by that time, we were seeing each other and when I got the magazine and opened it up and read it, I forgot I said that. I started laughing," Manganiello told Ryan Seacrest in August referring to his admission to People magazine.
He further said that Vergara was also laughing on learning it. "She thought that I was crazy for having said that out loud or said it in the magazine, but you know, I guess it worked."
