Actress Simran is all set to get a significant role to perform in the upcoming movie "Trisha Illana Nayanthara". As per latest reports, Simran will play a pivotal role in the movie starring GV Prakash Kumar and Anandhi.
Apparently, Simran was impressed with the way director Adhik Ravichandran narrated the story to her; the actress was floored with both the story as well as the character offered to her.
Simran will appear in an ultra-modern look in the movie.
"The title itself is very catchy and that's why I agreed to listen to the script. Adhik narrated a beautiful story and my character was very impressive. I will be shooting for the film from next month. It is not a cameo but a very important role. I am currently working on my look in the film. I will be seen in an ultra-modern look," Simran told The Times of India.
Apparently, the actress is on a strict diet and has shed few kilos to get the right look for her role. She was last seen in the 2014 movie "Aaha Kalyanam" in a guest appearance.
"Trisha Illana Nayanthara" is touted as a romantic comedy entertainer and the first schedule shooting of the movie started on 22 January. The makers had released the first look poster of the movie few days before the shooting began. The first look showed GV Prakash in a never-seen-before look and became an instant hit.
The team of "Trisha Illana Nayanthara" began their second schedule in Kumbakonam on 23 January. Sources close to the movie claim that the film will amaze the audience with some brilliant performances and interesting dialogues.
The music of the movie is also done G V Prakash and the upcoming entertainer is produced by CJ Jayakumar under the banner of Cameo Films India.
