Gautham Menon is reportedly reviving his much-delayed Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru. The director is likely to restart the flick with none other than Silambarasan aka Simbu.
Rumours are doing rounds that Gautham Menon might be doing Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru with Simbu in the lead role. The duo had earlier worked in blockbuster Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa and presently joined hands for forthcoming Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada.
The speculations started doing rounds after Silambarasan revealed recently in an interview that they are planning to collaborate for one more project again. However, the actor has not confirmed whether they are planning to reunite for Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru.
Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru was planned in 2012 with Vijay in the lead role. The actor had also done a photoshoot for the film and his pictures had become the talk of the town back then. Unfortunately, the Tamil movie was dropped.
It was later reported that Gautham Menon could not come up with the final script on time, leading Vijay to walk out of the Tamil flick. Interestingly, the director seems to have not lost his interest in the script, which is said to be an international spy thriller, and has decided to start the project with Simbu.
Meanwhile, Simbu and Gautham Menon's much-delayed Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada is getting ready for its release. The movie, which was supposed to be released in July, will be out in November.
Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada is a romantic-action movie in which Manjima Mohan has played the female lead. The film has Baba Sehgal, Daniel Balaji and others in the cast. The movie has been simultaneously shot in Telugu as Sahasam Swasaga Sagipo with Naga Chaitanya stepping into the shoes of Simbu in the Tollywood version.
