Megha Akash's debut in Tamil has been delayed for one or the other reason, but it has not prevented her from getting offers. The actress has now signed her fourth film in which she will romance none other than Simbu aka Silambarasan.
The 22-year old has been reportedly signed to play the female lead in Sundar C's next movie which is the remake of Telugu blockbuster movie Attarintiki Daredi. She is stepping into the shoes of Samantha in the Tamil version as Simbu enacts Pawan Kalyan's role.
The forthcoming movie is being funded by Lyca Productions, which has earned a good reputation in Kollywood in a short time by producing and distributing commercial and content-oriented movies.
Megha Akash, who started her acting career in Tollywood with Nithin's Lie, has been roped in for Dhanush's Enai Noki Paayum Thota, directed by Gautham Menon. She has given her consent for Kalidas Jayaram's Oru Pakka Kathai and Atharvaa's Boomerang.
On the other hand, Simbu is gearing up for the release of Mani Ratnam-directorial Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, Venkat Prabhu's Maanaadu and Gautham Menon's Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa 2.
