Veteran actor Kamal Haasan's daughter Shruti Haasan and cricketer Suresh Raina recently made headlines, when reports of the duo being a couple surfaced.
While the actress and the cricketer have constantly refuted these rumors, it now appears that they wish to keep their relationship under wraps as they find it is too early to discuss it in public.
If a recent report is to be believed, the duo is very much in love, reported Mid-Day.
"They want to keep their relationship status under wraps as it's still too early. Just like Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, Suresh and Shruti too do not wish to discuss their relationship in public. They just want to lie low and not share their equation with the world," a source close to the alleged couple said.
It is to be noted that the actress has been regular at the previous seasons of Indian Premiere League (IPL) matches and was seen cheering for Chennai Super Kings, which is also Raina's team. However, the actress was not spotted in the recent IPL season.
As Haasan-Raina's relationship un-wraps, the celebs join the list of actors who are dating sportsmen. At present, actress Anushka Sharma is rumored to be in a relationship with cricketer Virat Kohli. Recently the lovebirds made headlines, when Sharma was reportedly spotted spending some quality time with her beau before she flew off to Barcelona for the two month long shoot of "Dil Dhadakne Do" starring Ranveer Singh.
But its looks like that Haasan and Raina wants to follow the footsteps of Sharma-Kohli and skip the limelight inorder to focus on their respective careers. While Raina wants to prioritize his cricket career, Hasaan wants to remain confined to her films.
"Suresh would rather have his cricketing performances dissected than his personal life; ditto for Shruti who wants to focus on her films," the source added.
Haasan, who is currently on success streak with a list of Telugu blockbusters including, "Yevadu", "Balupu", "Race Gurram", "Gabbar Singh", was previously rumored to be in a relationship with actor Siddharth of "Rang De Basanti" fame.
The cricketer too was earlier said to be romantically linked with Congress leader Praful Patel's daughter Poorna.
