Shivaraj Kumar's much-awaited "Santheyalli Nintha Kabira" is hitting the screens on Friday, July 29. The movie is clashing with another notable film "Deal Raja," which stars Komal Kumar in the lead role.
"Santheyalli Nintha Kabira" is a biopic-drama film, which is directed by Indra Babu. The film is based on the life of social reformer Kabir. Shivaraj Kumar will be seen in the title role in the period flick, which has Tamil actor Sarath Kumar, Avinash, Sharath Lohitashwa, Anant Nag, Sanjjanna Galrani and others in the supporting cast.
Sanush plays the female lead in the "Santheyalli Nintha Kabira," which has Bollywood's popular musician Ismail Durbar composing the music. Naveen Kumar is the cinematographer and Vishwa is the editor of the flick, which is bankrolled by Kumaraswamy Pathikonda under the banner of Subrahmanyaa Productions.
On the other hand, "Deal Raja" is a typical comedy film, which is believed to be loaded with double meaning jokes. Bhanu Sri Mehra has romanced Komal in the film, which has Ithi Acharya, Suman Ranganathan, Bullet Prakesh, Sadhu Kokila, Tabla Nani, Jai Jagadish, Suchendra Prasad and others in the supporting roles.
Abhimann Roy has composed the music, Jai Anand has handled the cinematography and Soundar Raj has edited the film.
However, both the movies will face stiff competition from Rajinikanth's "Kabali" in Bengaluru. The Tamil film has got an earth-shattering opening and still being played in many screens in the capital city of Karnataka.
