New Delhi, Oct 01 (ANI): After Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde sent a letter chief ministers saying wrongfully detained minority community members should be immediately released, compensated and rehabilitated, NCP leader DP Tripathi said that the letter has nothing to do with the upcoming 2014 General Elections and that any community whether minority or majorities should not be punished without reasons. Tripathi also welcomed such a step by the home minister.
