Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra have been accused of cheating by an export company. 

A bed-sheet supplier, Bhalotia Exports Ltd., has reportedly filed a complaint against the actress, her husband, and three others for financial cheating to the tune of Rs 24.12 lakh.

The company claimed Shilpa and others have swindled money out of the products ordered online through Best Deal TV Pvt Ltd. The alleged irregularity of payment are for August to November 2015 and May to August 2016, according to The Asian Age.

The complaint has been filed at Thane's Kongoan police station. Apart from Shilpa and her husband directors of Best Deal TV Pvt Ltd Uday Kothari, Darshit Shah and Vedant Bali have also been mentioned in the complaint.

"We received the complaint following which a case was registered by the Kongaon police station. The investigation has begun. Details of the transactions are being looked into," the report quoted Thane police PRO as saying.

The report further said the online orders were first received by Best Deal TV Pvt Ltd, but was later passed on to Bhalotia Exports Ltd for making the deliveries. Shilpa's company allegedly received the commission for the delivery but did not pay back the due amount to the other party.
