New Delhi, Oct 27 (ANI): Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi addresses his first rally in Delhi on Sunday ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections. Rahul said that Sheila Dikshit's government has brought a revolution in the transportation sector in Delhi. He also said that in Jakarta and Indonesia, people are giving examples of Delhi metro. This was the first time that the Gujarat CM and Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi are holding rallies on the same day. Modi is addressing his Hunkar rally in Bihar.
