New Delhi, Oct 27 (ANI): Addressing the public at a party rally in Mangolpuri in northwest Delhi on Sunday, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit remained upbeat about the developments in Delhi and spoke about the various planning that lead to the development in the city. Further, Dikshit also asked Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi to work to implement single hand authority in governance of Delhi for its better development and progress. Later, she also claimed Rahul to be the future of the country and said that people of Delhi too considers him the same.
