The first song of Akshay Kumar's "The Shaukeens" is finally out. Zee Music company that has bagged the audio rights of the film has released the song on 3 October in YouTube.
The song titled "Alcoholic" is a groovy number, composed and sung by rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh and features both Kumar and the lead actress of the film, Lisa Haydon.
Kumar who will be making a special appearance in the movie, is seen having some good time on a luxury yacht, boozing and shaking a leg amid bikini ladies while Haydon looks as sexy as always in a floral outfit.
The song "Alcoholic" penned by Sahil Kaushal is touted to be the ideal anthem for alcoholics.
Singh, who is known for his peppy numbers has once again nailed with his mind-blowing composition. The foot-tapping track, "Alcoholic", is expected to be another superhit from the popular singer and make it to the top musical charts.
"The Shaukeens" is a comedy flick directed by Abhishek Sharma and is the remake of Basu Chatterjee's 1982 comedy film with the same title.
Kumar plays a short but an important role, while Haydon plays opposite Kumar. The film revolves around three oldies played by veteran actors Anupam Kher, Annu Kapoor and Piyush Mishra who are out for some fun.
Kumar, for the first time in his career, will play himself in the remake. Although, some negative elements have been added to his character like being an arrogant and alcoholic superstar, to add some flavour to his character.
The promo of the film that was unveiled a few days back, looks promising and is expected to take the viewers for a fun ride with the oldies, who in their course of exotic vacation, lands in some hilarious situations.
