It's veteran actor Sharmila Tagore's 79th birthday today. The Queen of Pataudi celebrated her special day with her family. Daughter-in-law and actor Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her Instagram handle and shared adorable pictures from the intimate bash.
The birthday bash was hosted by Kareena and Saif at their residence in Bandra. And as always Sara Ali Khan, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan, Jeh Ali Khan and Saba Pataudi were part of the celebrations.
Kareena wrote in the caption of the photo, "Mommy-in-law birthday."
In one of the pictures, Sharmila was seen kissing Kareena on her cheek. Kareena took to her social media and shared a slew of pictures from the bash and caption of the photo, "Mommy in law birthday." ( She had written it in Hindi).
Taimur was also seen posing with his grandmother and the duo had gold medals around their neck. In another picture, Saif was seen carrying Jeh and everyone was smiling.
Sara Ali Khan shared inside pictures from the bash that showed Sharmila cutting her birthday cake and Sara was seen feeding her cake.
After Sara fed her grandmother the cake, Inaaya opened her mouth and Sharmila lovingly fed her Innaya the cake.
All of them sang the Baar Baar Din Ye Aaye a very famous birthday song.
In one of the photos, Saif was seen holding Jeh in his arms. Sara smiled as Inaaya sat on her lap while Taimur chose to sit between Ibrahim and Sharmila
"Happiest Birthday Badi Amma," Sara Ali Khan captioned her post.
Soha Ali Khan also shared a bunch of pictures on her social media handles and wished her mother.
In one of the inside videos, Inaaya and Jeh were waiting for Sharmila to cut the cake. Ibrahim, Kunal and Saif were seen engrossed in a conversation in a candid picture.
Sharmila also posed with her grandkids Taimur, Jeh and Inaaya.
