Shahid Kapoor's wife Mira Rajput is likely to make her Bollywood debut soon. Rumour has it that the star wife is in talks with Shahid's manager about her acting career and that discussions are in full swing.
Apparently, Mira has been getting a lot of offers and if something materialises, the star couple will make the announcement soon, Deccan Chronicle reported.
In an earlier interview, when Shahid was asked about the prospects of Mira's Bollywood career, the actor didn't deny it, saying, "Never say never." So it seems the couple was always aware of the prospects for Mira to venture into Bollywood.
Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput aren't the most compatible couple; here's proof
Now, fans will wonder if Mira will share the screen space with her husband, and if that happens it will surely be a treat for them.
Earlier this week, Mira made headlines when reports of her landing into trouble with Mumbai's traffic police surfaced. She had parked her car in a no-parking zone. This resulted in her being fined by the police.
She was also heavily criticised for her views on feminism and homemakers, which were said to denigrate women who choose to have a career. The star wife's choice of words at an event and her views didn't go down well with many, when she said she wanted to stay at home for her daughter Misha. The child was not a puppy, she said, that she could just spend one hour in a day with, and rush to work. The Padmavati actor, however, came to his wife's rescue, clarifying that she didn't intend to hurt anyone.
