Shahid Kapoor and his ex-girlfriend Kareena Kapoor Khan have teamed up after a long time, for "Udta Punjab," and the actor has now said he would be happy if they feature together again in any film. However, Shahid also said he was okay if it did not happen, and that he does not think about it much.
"I have always said 'yes.' I have been asked this question 30 times and I have always said 'yes.' If it happens, it's great and if it doesn't happen, I have no problem. I really don't think about it beyond a point," Shahid told Mid-Day when asked if he was open to work with Kareena again.
Shahid and Kareena have shared screen space in movies like "Jab We Met," "Chup Chup Ke," "36 China Town," and "Fida." Their last movie together was "Milenge Milenge." Now, Kareena and her former boyfriend have worked together in "Udta Punjab," which also features Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh.
Shahid and his wife Mira Rajput are expecting their first child. "I am really excited and looking forward to it. It's a really nice feeling. It will be a new responsibility. From being an independent individual, you become part of a family and of a wonderful unit. So you feel responsible not just for yourself, but for others as well," Shahid told the daily.
Meanwhile, rumours are doing the rounds that Kareena is also pregnant and is expecting her first baby. Bebo and her husband Saif Ali Khan have recently returned from their London vacation and buzz suggests the actress is three-and-a-half months pregnant.
