Filmmaker Karan Johar, who was a judge in "Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 8", left the dance reality show recently.

On his last episode, Karan danced with actor Shahid Kapoor to the tune of 'Ishq Wala Love' from his film "Student of the Year".

The emotional episode not only had goodbye tears but also had fun elements.

From Shahid-Karan performing a couple dance to Lauren Gottlieb dancing for KJo, the upcoming episode of "Jhalak Reloaded" is entirely dedicated to Karan.

Apparently, Karan had to leave the show since he is too busy with several film projects. From "Shaandaar" to "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" to "Shuddhi", the filmmaker-cum-producer seems to have no time for "Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 8".

It was earlier rumoured that both Shahid and KJo will be leaving the show because of their film projects. But only Karan said goodbye to "Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Reloaded". He thanked the entire team on his Twitter handle.

"Was a hugely emotional day for me on the sets of #JhalakReloaded yesterday...thank you to the entire team for making me feel so special....," he tweeted.

On this, Shahid Kapoor tweeted: "@karanjohar u will be sorely missed on the sets of#JhalakReloaded . No one can replace you . Thank you for everything ."

Truly, Karan will be missed, not only by Shahid but by the contestants and audience as well. The participants' way of bidding adieu to the filmmaker brought tears in everyone's eyes.
