While industry people might complain of Shah Rukh Khan's erratic fitness schedule, the superstar's 17-year-old son Aryan Khan has already taken fitness seriously.
"Aryan is a lot into sports and fitness. His physique is a result of healthy eating habits and a disciplined workout routine. I'm happy and proud that he has adopted a lifestyle that will be an inspiration to many other boys of his age," Deccan Chronicle quoted SRK.
According to reports, the charming actor also added that his son, who's finishing his school in London, works out with his trainer, Prashant Sawant, during his holidays in India. Interestingly, this teenager also loves rugby and inspires his dad to stay fit.
Leaving the fitness bit aside, do the rigourous gym sessions mean the star kid is ready to embark on his journey to stardom already? Only time will tell. While he was already introduced to the world as a toddler in Karan Johar's "Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham", fans are waiting to see more of him and judge if he too can be the king of romance.
"I'd always insisted that my kids spend time playing any one sport that they like and I'm happy that they have followed my advice. Being a teenager, Aryan has taken his interest in fitness and sports to the next level and that's a good thing," he added.
King Khan will next be seen in Maneesh Sharma's "Fan" which he terms as an "intense and commercially viable film". "I do one film at a time which everyone does. But right now I am doing two films. I would have liked to wait for two months after 'Happy New Year', but I have already finished a 20-day schedule for 'Fan'. Thereafter, 'Raees' will be over in 60-70 days if it goes as per plan," the actor told The Indian Express.
