Bollywood's wonder boy Ranbir Kapoor wishes to direct a short film on the ruling superstars – Shah Rukh, Salman and Aamir Khan.
The "Barfi" actor had earlier expressed a desire to make a short film on his late grandfather, Raj Kapoor. But, looks like he has other plans now.
"A short film on my grandfather would be difficult because his life was such that it would require 500 hours in a film," India Today quoted the actor.
While a film on 'The Show Man' would be an enriching experience, Ranbir's reasoning holds quite true. Honoured with the Dada Saheb Phalke award for cinematic excellence, the legendary actor has featured in close to 80 films. From worldwide festivals to awards, the actor's contribution to cinema cannot be constricted to a reel.
However, Ranbir added that he would definitely want to rope in the Khans of Bollywood for his film. "What I would like to do is bring Shah Rukh, Salman and Aamir Khan on the same sofa and talk to them about their work and their success. I think that would be very interesting. It's the kind of thing that generations will cherish."
Salman and Aamir share a great rapport, but Shah Rukh has stayed away from the two superstars. While Aamir once wrote on his blog 'Shah Rukh is licking my feet', the "Happy New Year" star took a dig at the nude "P.K." poster.
The "Bigg Boss" host, however, cut-off his bond with Shah Rukh completely post a heated argument back in 2007. It's only recently that the actors have shown some maturity and are heard showering praises on each other.
When asked how would he manage to bring them in the same frame considering their dubious equation, Ranbir made a witty remark, "I will shoot it separately and then put it together through CG," and added, "Its my wish. Let's see if I am able to achieve my dream."
