Shah Rukh Khan is certainly one of the busiest actors in Bollywood now with three films lined up. The actor is already working on Farah Khan's "Happy New Year" and he will start the shooting of his next project "Raees" during his birthday.
Shah Rukh and Farhan Akhtar starrer "Raees" will go on floors from 1 November. The producer of the film Ritesh Sidhwani took to micro blogging site Twitter to announce that the shooting of the film will commence in November.
"All those asking #Raees begins filming on 1st November with @iamsrk & @FarOutAkhtar," Sidhwani tweeted.
But even before starting the shoot, the lead actor of the film, SRK, applied for one day leave for his birthday via Twitter.
Replying to Sidhwani's tweet, King Khan asked him in funny tone about the leave.
"@ritesh_sid you will give me a day off on my Birthday na and not be an anal tough producer please," SRK replied to Sidhwani.
The "Chennai Express" actor's birthday falls on 2 November and the shooting will start just a day before that.
Meanwhile, with Sidhwani's tweet, it is confirmed that Akhtar will share screen space with SRK. Earlier, there were reports that Akhtar has walked out of the film following which the producer roped in Nawazuddin Siddiqui to step into the "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag" actor's shoes.
The male lead actors have been finalised, but the leading lady is yet to be announced.
Names of actresses Katrina Kaif and Sonam Kapoor surfaced for the leading lady role. But both the actresses denied it.
"I don't know where this news has come from. There is no such discussion like that till now. There are three films 'Bang Bang', 'Phantom' and 'Jagga Jasoos' that I am doing right now. I am in talks for two more projects which I can't reveal," Kaif told PTI, reported Deccan Chronicle
"Raees" is set in Gujarat and SRK is set to play the role of Gujarati. The film is set to release in 2015.
