Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is aptly feeding his fans with inputs from his upcoming film "Happy New Year" (HNY).
The multi-starrer "HNY", directed by Shah Rukh's good friend Farah Khan, also features Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah. The film is currently in production but the actors have taken to Twitter often, to keep the eager fans updated on the recent developments.
SRK took to Twitter on Saturday to share a new still from the film, featuring the main cast, which he termed as the "Indianwaale gang".

The photo, which was also shared by Farah, has Padukone looking fabulous in a midriff-baring outfit, standing alongside SRK who looks dapper in a blue suit and bow tie. But the most interesting look is that of Bachchan, who is almost unrecognisable in a Punjabi turban and cool shades.
This is the first time that the makers have released a still from the film. All this while, photos of behind the scenes or inputs with respect to the shoot were being shared. SRK posted the photo just a day after he had stated that he was happy with the way the film was progressing.
What a satisfying day at work. Thank u the whole team of HNY for making it so special. Hard & Happy work...unbeatable combination. — SHAH RUKH KHAN (@iamsrk) May 23, 2014
Another photo of SRK, Irani, Sood and Shah was shared by Farah, which had the four spotting colourful outfits. Padukone and Bachchan were missing from the photo though.

Meanwhile, SRK, who has been quite active discussing the film as well as his IPL cricket franchise Kolkata Knight Rider's recent wins on his Twitter account, seems strangely aloof towards his old pal Karan Johar.
The filmmaker celebrated his 42nd birthday on 25 May but the actor did not convey greetings over any of his social networking platforms. But Farah shared a sweet picture with the director, wishing him on his special day.
Happy birthday@karanjohar this yr hav lots of what I always wish for you every year pic.twitter.com/hLrf2MmMMt — Farah Khan (@TheFarahKhan) May 25, 2014
SRK was also not spotted at Johar's star-studded birthday party, which boasted celebs like Aamir Khan, wife Kiran Rao, Hrithk Roshan, Alia Bhatt, Sonam Kapoor, Parneeti Chopra, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Bipasha Basu and several others.
Reports have hinted at a possible tension between Shah Rukh and Johar in recent times, over the latter's newfound friendship with SRK's rivals Salman Khan and Aamir.
