Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan have been friends for years. Although, they went separate ways after a verbal tiff a few years ago, the stars are back together and how.
The makers of "Sultan" have released a dialogue promo where Sultan Ali Khan (Salman) is seen praising Shah Rukh's ability to romance women with effortless ease.
"Shah Rukh Khan ka mazak mat udao, manne bohot pasand hai. Jab who ladki ke aankh mein aankh daal ke dekhe na, toh andhi ladki bhi pat jaave." (Don't make jokes on Shah Rukh Khan, I like him a lot. He can melt a visually-impaired woman's heart just by looking into her eyes)," he says.
Earlier, it was reported that SRK would feature in a cameo in the sports-drama film. The "Fan" star had come visiting on the sets of "Sultan." "There's a scene in 'Sultan,' which requires a celebrity to meet Salman. The team came up with the idea to include SRK's footage for that scene," an insider told DNA, adding that the makers then thought of incorporating it in the making reel.
Later, sources denied the news saying that it would be an opportunity wasted if these two stars ever came together only for a special appearance.
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, "Sultan" opens in theatres on July 6. It stars Anushka Sharma, Randeep Hooda and Amit Sadh in key roles. The premise of the film is interesting and focuses on the highs and lows of wrestling champ Sultan, his inner battles and the ones in the ring.
