Bollywood's popular stars Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra were all at the Mehboob studios in Mumbai on Monday, but did not come face to face with each other, according to a Mid-Day report.
Salman was at the studio to shoot a sequence along with Randeep Hooda for their upcoming film "Kick." The film's team was planning to shoot an open-air sequence in the garden, but rain stalled their work.
The Mid-Day report stated that Salman and Hooda were waiting for the rain to stop and at the same time Priyanka Chopra was making an appearance at a UNICEF event in the studios. However, the duo left the place even before the event could get over as director Sajid Nadiadwala postponed the shooting for the evening and they couldn't meet PeeCee.
When Salman returned in the evening to resume shooting for "Kick", Bollywood baadshah Shah Rukh was also present at the same time for the shooting of "Happy New Year." Though the actors spent some time in the studios, they did not come face to face with each other.
"By sheer coincidence, Shah Rukh Khan too dropped in at the same time, as he had to shoot for his film, Happy New Year. He spent quite some time on the sets and all this while, Salman was present in the same vicinity. They never came face-to-face with each other," a source toldMid-Day.
Salman and SRK were once good friends, but they had a fight at Katrina Kaif's birthday party a few years ago. The fight between the duo forced the industry to take sides. On the several occasions, when the two actors were under the same roof, they timed their entry and exit to avoid bumping into each other.
However, in 2013, the two were attending MLA Baba Siddique's iftaar party, which had many dignitaries including Maharashtra chief minister Prithviraj Chavan. Both Salman and SRK hugged each other during the party, which grabbed headlines.
