Shah Rukh Khan to release Raees trailer on birthday to avoid clash with trailers of Kaabil and Dangal?

Shah Rukh Khan will be seen next in Bollywood film Raees and fans are eagerly waiting to have a glimpse of the action thriller's trailer. Latest reports suggest that SRK will release the trailer of Raees on the special occasion of his birthday as he doesn't want the trailer to clash with trailers of Kaabil and Dangal.

It has been reported that Shah Rukh and the makers of Raees have decided to follow the south Indian film industry and release the film's trailer on SRK's birthday on November 2. Reports suggest that Shah Rukh wants the hype around the trailers of Kaabil and Dangal to subside before he releases the trailer of Raees.

"SRK and co-producer Ritesh Sidhwani do not want any comparisons made with any other film. So, they will release their trailer a few days after Kaabil. But the bigger worry for SRK isn't Kaabil as much as it is the trailer of Aamir Khan's Dangal," DNA quoted a source as saying.

Both the trailers of Hrithik Roshan's Kaabil and Dangal will apparently be released before Diwali and so, Shah Rukh wants to have a solo release of his trailer post the festival in November.

"Not just that, Aamir will also release the trailer a few days before Diwali, so there is double the buzz. Shah Rukh wants the hype around those two trailers to end before he releases his film's trailer the week after," the source told the daily.

"He will screen the trailer for the media in the day, release it on social media after that and at night, his close friends will get to watch it at his birthday bash at his residence Mannat," the source added.
