Shah Rukh Khan's Zero has been making a lot of noise as the film is slated to be released on December 21 across India. However, unlike most other Bollywood movies, Zero has apparently not been released in Dubai (UAE) a day before, which gave rise to some negative speculations.
Most of the Bollywood movies release in UAE a day before the official India release, and hence reviews from Dubai come first. However, Zero is apparently going to be released in the Gulf country on the same day as its India release, which is on Friday. A lot of Shah Rukh fans from Dubai have tweeted out pictures of Zero ticket for Friday show saying "first-day first show booked", which suggests that it is indeed hitting the screens there on Friday.
A lot of the film's fate depends on Dubai release as the reviews from there put a big impact on the movie's opening day box office collection in India. Negative reviews from that part of the globe often adversely affect the opening business of a film in India.
Hence, Some o social media have been saying that the superstar is little insecure about the movie, and hence refrained from taking the risk of releasing it there a day before.
On the other side, some other fans have expressed discontent at not getting to watch the movie on Thursday. Considering the fact that Shah Rukh has a huge fan base in UAE, It is surprising to see Zero not having an early release in Dubai. It is not clear why Shah Rukh and director Aanand L Rai chose not to release Zero in UAE a day before. International Business Times, India tried reaching out to Red Chillies Entertainment over the phone, but the calls remained unanswered.
@iamsrk sorry to say today is weekend for Dubai UAE and surprisingly ZERO is not released today but tomorrow so many are desperately waiting for a block buster of year end, anyhow I have booked for my family early morning @8am show first to see the movie ? Good Luck ?

SRK is so much worried about #Zero and he is not releasing it in UAE a day before India ...

So think how the movie is .#KGF makers have trust in their product and they have shows in USA a day before India release.
This is happening 1st time in history

Now you can imagine how bad movie is made that makers need to revise runtime one day before release & they averted release date by one day in Dubai where Indian films release one day before in India.

Meanwhile, Zero has a huge hype around it, and it is being expected to witness excellent opening day box office collection at the domestic market. Starring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma alongside SRK, the movie has been made at a budget of around Rs 200 crore.
