Flappy Bird, the smartphone game which has gone viral, is so addictive that even Bollywood badshah Shah Rukh Khan cannot resist playing it.
Shah Rukh, who is quite known for his love for games, now appears to have become an addict of the latest hit in mobile gaming.
The "Chennai Express" actor took to Twitter to express how the game is keeping him busy.
"Birds are sweet & harmless but Flappy Bird is getting my goat. But at least she is keeping me away from waiting for expectations to fulfil," SRK tweeted.
The "Happy New Year" actor enjoys playing games on smartphones and other devices. The tech savvy actor keeps himself up-to-date when it comes to tech-related matters.
SRK had invited Amitabh Bachchan to play FIFA 14 with him some time back.
"Sir, take out time tomorrow (January 1)...let's do a little FIFA...I am also tired of being beaten at all games by kids since last few days," SRK posted on Twitter on 31 December.
Shah Rukh is an ardent gamer and spends quite a lot of time playing games. One of his favourite games is Batman: Arkham Origins, and it now seems Flappy Bird has joined the list.
Flappy Bird, which was released in 2013, has now become one of the top game apps on both Google Play and iOS App Store.
However, Flappy Bird developer Dong Nguyen has now announced that he is removing the game from both iOS and Android stores.
"I am sorry 'Flappy Bird' users, 22 hours from now, I will take 'Flappy Bird' down. I cannot take this anymore," Nguyen tweeted.
"It is not anything related to legal issues. I just cannot keep it anymore. I can call 'Flappy Bird' is a success of mine. But it also ruins my simple life. So now I hate it," he added.
