Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma have done two films together — Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan — and have another one coming up next year. Directed by Imtiaz Ali and tentatively-titled The Ring, it follows the story of tourist guide Harinder Singh Nehra (SRK) and traveler (Anushka).
The actors share a healthy professional and personal relationship, but their equation is yet to earn the BFF (Best Friends Forever) status. So, what were Shah Rukh and Anushka doing on Sajid Khan and Riteish Deshmukh's chat show Yaaron Ki Baarat. Are they promoting their film already?
The show nowhere promises that the celebrity guests will be thick friends. The minimum criteria is probably to have some sort of equation. Anushka and Shah Rukh may not hang out with each other often, but do share a solid bond.
"I cannot be same with him (Shah Rukh) as I am with Ranbir. I can tell Ranbir to shut up and all but I cannot do something like this with him (Shah Rukh). I am much more relaxed with him (Shah Rukh) than what I was in my first film that is because I know him since eight years. I will get more relaxed over the years if we keep working," the leading lady told the media when quizzed about the kind of friendship she shares with her co-star and friend SRK.
In other news, shot across Lisbon, Prague, Amsterdam and Budapest, The Ring aims to tell a different kind of love story and is a happy film. The cast and crew will kick-start the second schedule in Punjab this month.
