Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan have competed the first schedule of Gauri Shinde's untitled film in Goa. The "Kapoor and Sons" actress shared a selfie on social media, which featured SRK and Gauri with her.
A few days ago, a set of pictures from the sets were leaked that had Alia and SRK on a ferry boat prepping for their shot. In the film, the "Dilwale" actor will be seen romancing Alia, but for a short period of time.
"I Iike working with women, so I am doing Gauri Shinde's film with Alia Bhatt as my co-star. That is not a typical love story or a hero role but I find Gauri's filmmaking interesting. I may have a lesser part to be not in terms of timing on screen but as a lover but it's an interesting role," Pinkvilla quoted SRK as saying.
Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, Dharma Productions and Hope Productions, Gauri's upcoming film is said to be similar to "English Vinglish", where the story revolved around one woman (played by Sridevi). In this flick, the story is about a young girl who meets three men and with every relationship her perspective about life changes.
The young girl's role will be played by Alia and SRK will reportedly play one of the three men's character. As earlier reported, Kunal Kapoor and Pakistani actor Ali Zafar have been roped in to play the other two men in Alia's character's life.
Meanwhile, the "Shaandaar" actress shared an adorable selfie with a caption that read: "Will miss "hanging" u @iamsrk !!! Until next time @gauris." SRK replied saying: "@aliaa08 @gauris too much fun with u girls. Have a great rest of shoot. Till the next schedule..."
Alia will next be seen in Dharma Productions' "Kapoor and Sons" alongside Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan and also in "Udta Punjab" opposite Shahid Kapoor. Shah Rukh has two big banner films this year – "Fan" and "Raees."
