Selena Gomez goes horseback riding; popstar looks healthy after rehab [Video]

Selena Gomez freaked her fans out when she debuted a video of herself in a bathtub, apparently being tormented by ghosts. The video threw into question the popstar's recovery at rehab, but all those worries need to be put to rest as "The Come and Get It" singer looked healthy and carefree on a recent outing with pals where she enjoyed horseback riding.

Reportedly the 26-year-old singer wrapped up in a colourful wool-lined jacket as she joined friends Raquelle Stevens and Anna Collins for the sunset ride. Selena apparently had her hair tied back and wore jeans with white sneakers, and hoop earrings along with her Sherpa-style jacket.

'Sunset ride' Stevens captioned a photo of the three friends on their horses with stunning scenery behind them.

Reportedly Selena sought treatment at an East Coast psychiatric facility in October to help her deal with negative thinking and behavioural patterns. She underwent dialectical behaviour therapy which is a type of psychotherapy designed to help people with borderline personality disorder, mood disorders and people with unhealthy patterns of behaviour.

It is also being reported that Selena's stint at the treatment centre came after she suffered a panic attack in the hospital while being treated for a low white blood cell count, stemming from her lupus battle and subsequent kidney transplant in 2017.

A source told People at 'Selena's feeling much better and looking forward to getting back to normalcy,

'She's spending time with friends and family.' they added.

A separate source told UsWeekly: 'Selena is definitely in a healthier place than she was a few months ago. It took lots of energy, focus and therapy to get over that particular hump in her life.'
