Selena Gomez appears to be moving on post her tumultuous relationship with Justin Bieber, and she seems to have caught the fancy of German model Andre Hamann.

The two have been flirting on social networking sites for a while now, and a couple of days back, Hamann declared that he has a crush on the "Come and Get It" singer.

Fans of Gomez appear to have accepted Hamann as an ideal candidate for Gomez, and they have also coined a new term for the couple, "Andrelena," which is a combination of Andre and Selena.

But who exactly is Hamann?

As per his Instagram account, Hamann is the owner and partner of Haze and Glory, a clothing line. He is over six foot tall, and appears to be a fitness buff, based on the photographs on his social networking accounts.

The model caught the attention of Gomez after he posted on Instagram a video of him strumming his guitar, and he tagged Gomez on the footage.

The video was a birthday present for Gomez, who turned 22 on Tuesday. Soon after, Gomez replied to the video message thanking Hamann for the kind gesture.

"Thank you, made my night," she wrote.

The video has since attracted tons of likes and a number of fans have expressed hope that he would end up wooing Gomez.

"You have to win her heart!! I love Justin but she deserves better and I think you two would be cute together !!" wrote a fan on Hamann's Instagram page, while another advised Bieber to clean up his act and get back with Gomez as Hamann could end up winning Gomez.

"Justin this guy is way more handsome and kind. I bet he's in love with her. So you better get yo ass up AND START WORKING YOUR BRAIN BC YOU ARE LOOSING SELENA!! She is one and only, so... Your choice. That fake ass yovanna or beauty queen Selena? Better hurry up dude," the message read.

In the meantime, Bieber has responded with a message of his own. A few days back, the "Baby" singer posted on his Instagram account a photo of Guess model Danielle Knudson, calling her stunning.

"Who is this Guess Model. She's Stunning," he wrote.
