Security forces killed three terrorists during an encounter in Jammu's Kakriyal. Twelve security personnel have also been injured in the encounter. The operation is over, Dr SD Singh Jamwal, IGP Jammu said. The terrorists are said to be from Pakistan's Jaish-e-Mohammed.
Jamwal also told media that the medical aid has been given to the injured. Security forces had launched a search operation on Thursday noon after gunshots were heard in the area. More details are awaited.
