New Delhi, Oct 14 (ANI): Security expert Alok Bansal on Tuesday said that the response of United Nations to Pakistan's letter on Kashmir issue was expected as it had earlier clearly refused to intervene in the matter after Shimla Agreement. Bansal also said that Pakistan is not in a position to respond back because of its weak political condition.
