India responds to Pak_s remark on Kashmir, says language of bygone era doesn_t help

New Delhi, July 05 (ANI): In response to Pakistan_s comment that India_s Jammu and Kashmir is a disputed territory, Indian Foreign Ministry said that the language of bygone era has not helped or served anybody any purpose. Stressing that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin said such remark was not in agreement with Indian PM Narendra Modi and Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif_s desire to normalise the relationship through dialogue. Pakistan Foreign Minister calls Kashmir disputed territory, Politicos react

Delhi/ Mumbai/ Lucknow, July 4 (ANI): Pakistan Foreign Minister Tasnim Aslam’s statement calling Kashmir a disputed territory has invited political reactions. BJP leader Subramanian Swamy said that such statements seem jokes to him as they don’t hold any significance. JD (U) leader Ali Anwar stated that Pakistan has always been saying such statements and the Central government should take quick action. NCP’s Nawab Malik said that Kashmir is an integral part of India and no statement from Pakistan can change that fact. Singapore Foreign Minister meets chief ministers of Telangana and AP

Hyderabad, June 04 (ANI): Singapore_s Foreign Minister K Shanmugam met the Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, N Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhar Rao respectively, in Hyderabad. Shanmugam said both the states and Singapore can learn a lot from each other. The Singaporean Foreign Minister also said that Naidu, who is a long-standing friend of Singapore, has great plans for the development of his state and is looking at the Singapore model to do so effectively.
