Golden Globes: Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet describe wins backstage

After revenge drama The Revenant and space adventure The Martian took the top film awards at the Golden Globes on 10 January, the films stars spoke backstage to reporters about their wins. Steve Jobs, a controversial look at the late Apple co-founder that floundered at the box office despite warm reviews, took Golden Globes for Kate Winslet and Aaron Sorkin in the best supporting actress, drama and best screenplay categories respectively. Matt Damon defends Sean Penn’s interview with captured drug lord El Chapo

An interview that Hollywood star Sean Penn conducted with Mexican Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman late last year helped Mexicos government catch the worlds most wanted drug lord, sources said on 9 January. Guzman, the infamous boss of the Sinaloa drug cartel, was arrested in northwest Mexico on 8 January, and sent back to the prison he broke out of in July through a mile-long tunnel that led straight into his cell.
