New Delhi, Dec 02 (ANI): Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu said that there was nothing substantial in the book released by the opposition Congress party which accused ruling BJP of not fulfilling promises made during general elections. Earlier, Congress released a booklet to highlight the 'U turn' taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP government in first six months of its governance. Naidu also added that Congress have been in power for more than 50 years out of 60 years and asked the opposition to have some patience. Congress to release booklet on NDA govt's 'U-turn' in Parliament, BJP calls it desperation

New Delhi, Dec 01 (ANI): Congress on Monday is all set to release a booklet in the winter session of the Parliament on the U-turns taken by the NDA government since it came to power. The booklet will narrate the promises made by the BJP during the Lok Sabha elections and inaction by the Modi government over the same issues. Party leaders Manish Tewari said that the present government has failed in all perspectives and that needed to be brought up. Meanwhile, Union Ministers Venkaiah Naidu and Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that the Congress has no work and this is the result of their idleness. Naidu said that it is their democratic right and there is no harm in releasing any such booklet. The 33-page booklet would highlight over two dozen 'U-turns' by the NDA government and issues like cash subsidy and different bills like FDI in insurance and GST among others, which were UPA proposals, would be included. New Delhi, Nov 27 (ANI): Politicos from rival parties on Thursday targeted BJP government over the issue of Black Money. Parliament is likely to resume the crucial debate today. Congress party leader Manish Tewari accused BJP of fooling the nation in the Black Money issue. He said that BJP must apologize for their conduct. Samajwadi Party leader Naresh Agarwal also expressed similar sentiments. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said that political parties rarely fulfill the commitments made during the election campaign.
