New Delhi, Feb 20 (ANI): Delhi Police arrested two more people on Friday apart from five others involved in leaking confidential papers from the petroleum ministry, said police commissioner BS Bassi. He said that the two others will be interrogated and further details will be provided thereafter. Bassi also said that the investigation is on in the case and that names of the companies involved can be exposed after detailed information. He also said that the documents will also have to be examined in consultation with the concerned officers regarding its confidentiality. Feb 20, 2015

At least 25 people have been detained for questioning, the Delhi police said. New Delhi, Feb 19 (ANI): Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi on Thursday said that police arrested five people for allegedly leaking government documents from the petroleum ministry. Bassi said that three people were caught with some classified papers and that two more were detained after interrogation. He said that the police in investigating the case and that interrogation with all the five people are on. Basi further said that these people used fake identities to enter the building and had duplicate keys which they used and thereafter used to steal documents, photo-copied them in order to pass them on to non-governmental people. New Delhi, Feb 19 (ANI): Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas Ministry, Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday said that investigation is on over the leakage of classified information from Petroleum Ministry. He said that the government will take strong action once the investigation is over. Two Petroleum Ministry employees are among five persons arrested for allegedly leaking confidential government documents to private companies, Delhi Police said. According to sources, said a clerical staff and a peon of the Petroleum Ministry were apprehended by the police. Bengaluru, Feb 19 (ANI): Two Red Bull aircraft averted a major disaster at Aero India Show on Thursday after they glided into each other, causing one's wing to clip. The incident happened when three aircraft were attempting to loop in midair and the central one went into the one below it. Though no injury was visibly caused to either pilot, the planes were forced to land and fire tenders were rushed to the spot. The Aero Show is being organized by Defence Exhibition Organization under the aegis of Ministry of Defence and 54 ministerial and other high-level delegations from several countries are scheduled to attend it. Paramilitary force organises skill development programme in Jharkhand

Latehar, Feb 19 (ANI): India’s paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is organizing a skill development programme for the youth in Maoist affected state of Jharkhand. The programme, Seventh Tribal Youth Summit, spans three phases and the participants for the first phase have been selected. The selected participants will be taken to Guwahati for seven days where they will interact with the tribal youths from other regions. The programme, which has been organized in collaboration with sports ministry of government of India, will help youngsters take development initiatives in their home state. Meanwhile, a participant, Chinta Kumari, expressed her happiness about the tour. The programme is also being organized in other naxal affected areas of Jharkhand.
