UPSC Aspirants continue protest demanding removal of CSATs as board issues admit cards

New Delhi, July 25 (ANI): Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) candidates continued their protest demanding scrapping the CSAT in the examination pattern, which is obstructing the Hindi medium students from getting selected. Protesting aspirants said that the agitation will continue and demanded the removal of CSATs. The aspirant also accused the Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh for not keeping up with his promise. The students argued that the questions asked in language comprehension skills are asked in English and no Hindi translations are provided. The agitated students also said that the board has issued admit cards too which gives a negative sign. Jul 25, 2014

NSUI workers protest against Shiv Sena

New Delhi, July 24 (ANI): National Students' Union of India (NSUI) workers on Thursday held a protest outside the Rail Bhawan against the Shiv Sena for allegedly forcing a Muslim man to break his fast. The protesters were, however, detained by the Delhi police. Shiv Sena MPs allegedly forced a Muslim catering supervisor to break his Ramzan fast at Maharashtra Sadan in New Delhi last week.
