Normalcy returns in riot-hit Muzaffarnagar, authorities relax curfew

Muzaffarnagar, Sep 14 (ANI): Normalcy returned to violence-hit Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh as the district administration relaxed curfew for few hours at many places. People swarmed grocery shops and drove down the streets as authorities relaxed the curfew for four hours on Saturday. However, Rashtriya Lok Dal leader, Sanjay Singh Chauhan, said that the situation is still unstable even as life is gradually limping back to normal. Communal clashes in Muzaffarnagar district killed at least 38 people and had forced hundreds to flee their homes. Sep 14, 2013
