Hyderabad, Oct 10 (ANI): TRS leader KT Rama Rao slammed Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and said that he has been working against the formation of separate Telangana. The TRS has also called for President’s rule in the state. TRS also urged Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narasimhan to dismiss Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister from his post. TRS floor leader in the Legislative Assembly E Rajender alleged that Reddy is biased against Telangana and was trying to stall the formation of the separate state. The TRS leaders claimed that Reddy's handling of the strike and agitation by pro-united Andhra employees in support of united Andhra goes on to prove his alleged bias. Oct 10, 2013

Agra, Oct 4(ANI): Devout Hindus in India's Agra city on Wednesday participated in a three-day colorful procession to honor Lord Rama, as children got dressed in mythological characters of the epic, 'Ramayana'. Security has been beefed up in the city, as roughly one million people enthusiastically participated in the procession every year. People thronged the venue, which was decorated with sparkling lights and colourful buntings. Devotees were seen praying before the children dressed in mythological charters of Ramayana, carrying offerings and earthen-lit lamps that created a peaceful ambiance. People in large numbers came to seek Lord Rama's blessings. Dussehra festival marks the victory of the Hindu God Ram over the demon king, who abducted the former's wife Goddess Sita, and effigies of Ravana are burnt every year to celebrate the victory of good over evil. TRS chief K T Rama Rao welcomes Cabinet's nod to Telangana

Hyderabad, Oct 03 (ANI): Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President K T Rama Rao welcomed the Union Cabinet's approval on the formation of Telangana from the existing state of Andhra Pradesh, and said that there is no problem in having two Telugu speaking states in the country.
