Tensions rise on second day of anti-Trump protests

Across the US protesters continue to march against Trump’s election as president for the second day in a row. Many students in cities like Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix and San Francisco staged walkouts. During the night protests turned more aggressive. A large group of anti-Trump protesters blocked a highway in Minneapolis. Portland Police declared the protests riots “due to extensive criminal and dangerous behaviour”.Protesters outside the Trump International Hotel in Washington DC chanted “Love Trumps Hate”, Hillary Clinton’s election slogan.
