Kolkata, Jan 07 (ANI): Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley while addressing 'Bengal Global Business Summit, 2015' in Kolkata on Wednesday said that the Central government will stand by West Bengal government as far as its industrial climate is concerned. Jaitley said that Bengal has several strengths like its strategic positions, its intellectual capital and rich mineral resources, but unfortunately many big industries have shifted out from the state. So, the biggest challenge is to establish them once again.
