BJP files complaint with EC against use of Kiran Bedis pictures in AAP posters, demands stern actio

New Delhi, Jan 27 (ANI): The BJP's CM candidate in Delhi, Kiran Bedi on Tuesday moved the Election Commission against Arvind Kejriwal for using her photograph in the party's poster campaign without her permission. The party has recently put up posters on numerous auto-rickshaws plying in the national capital, asking the people of Delhi to choose between Kejriwal and Bedi for the post of chief minister. The posters features the picture of Kejriwal with the word "imandar" (honest) printed below it while Bedi’s picture says "avsarvadi" (opportunist). Reacting on the same, Delhi BJP President Satish Upadhyay demanded stern action against Kejriwal and said that the poll panel should reject his candidature. Jan 27, 2015

Shah said that Obama’s visit to India is very productive and that the sentiments have been positive as the market us trading above 100 points. Capital goods and infrastructure stocks are likely to be in action following India and the US moved ahead towards commercial nuclear cooperation. At 9:40AM, the 30-share Sensex was up 95 points at 29,374 and the 50-share Nifty was up 9 points at 8,844. Ten killed, at least 21 injured in Greek fighter plane crash in Spain

Spain, Jan 27 (ANI): Eight French nationals and two Greeks were killed and at least 21 people injured when a Greek fighter plane crashed during NATO training in Spain, Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy said. The F-16 crashed at about 3:20 PM shortly after taking off at a training centre in Albacete, 260 km (160 miles) southeast of the capital Madrid. The Greek fighter jet was carrying out a NATO training exercise at the Spanish base but something went wrong during the take-off. "The plane lost power, crashing into the parking area for planes, crashing into various planes that were parked there," the defence ministry said in a statement. Two pilots on board were among the dead and other pilots and mechanics were underneath the plane in the parking area, according to Spanish media reports. Madhya Pradesh witnessed the parade by the police force as the state governor Ram Naresh Yadav saluted the force and greeted them on the Republic day. Uttar Pradesh being the largest Indian state witnessed various tableaux showcasing the culture and rich heritage and also the parade by the police personnel along with flypast. Meanwhile, a ceremonial parade was also held at the Eastern Naval Command parade ground in Vishakhapatnam. Separatists Kashmir call for shutdown on Republic Day
