New Delhi/Kolkata, Dec 19 (ANI): Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Thursday said that the government had sought assistance from the law department in preparing a Presidential reference for removal of former Supreme Court judge AK Ganguly, accused of sexually harassing a law intern, from the post of West Bengal Human Right Commission Chairperson. Shinde stated that his ministry had already sent the papers to the law department.
