Further, he said that these people in high positions are different at the time when they have power than they are bereft of the same. Handwara militant attack ends, 3 militants killed

Handwara, Dec 03 (ANI): The 15-hour gunbattle between the militants and the Army and police forces in Handwara area of Jammu and Kashmir ended on Tuesday, killing three militants, said a police official. Forces launched the joint operation on Monday night after finding that militants were hiding in a forest village in the Handwara region.
