The World Cup exit completed a miserable two days for the Africans who were embroiled in a pay row and suspended midfielders Kevin-Prince Boateng and Sulley Muntari for ill-discipline hours before Thursday's kickoff. According to the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Boateng vulgarly insulted coach Kwesi Appiah, while Muntari made an unprovoked physical attack on a GFA official. Jun 27, 2014
