All hospitals in eastern Aleppo are out of service after air strikes

All hospitals in eastern Aleppo are out of service following heavy air strikes, according to the WHO.Other reports say hospitals are still operating but residents are too afraid to use them because of shelling.Lack of supplies makes it harder for health staff to bring damaged hospitals back into operation.Footage by the Aleppo Media Centre shows dead and injured patients lying in hospital corridors, covered in dust.Both the Syrian government and Russia’s air force have denied targeting hospitals deliberately. Hundreds of mannequin limbs block entrance to Russian embassy in protest of Aleppo air strikes

On 3 November activists from The Syria Campaign and Syria Solidarity UK blocked the entrance to the Russian Embassy in London to protest the bombing over Aleppo. Two activists chained themselves to the embassys gates, while a few dozen others have laid out 800 white mannequins limbs to represent the victims of the Russian and Syrian air strikes over the city. According to rights group Syrian Network for Human Rights, in October 2016 alone 1106 civilians were killed with 791 reportedly at the hands of the Assad regime and Russian forces. Nov 4, 2016

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad claims famous bloodied Aleppo boy picture is fake

In a rare TV interview on 18 October, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad claims that the image of Omran Daqneesh, the rescued Syrian boy photographed in the back of an ambulance, is actually propaganda by the White Helmets.
