Flood in Assam inundates wildlife in Kaziranga National Park

Golaghat, Aug 27 (ANI): Flood water from river Brahmaputra inundated major parts of a wildlife sanctuary, Kaziranga National Park (KNP) and rose to danger level in many areas of Golaghat district of Assam. The water level has almost inundated the entire parkland causing most of the wild animals to stray over Karbi Hills, making their lives vulnerable to poachers and speeding vehicles. Aug 27, 2014
