New Delhi, Aug 25 (ANI): The BJP on Monday slammed Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for his remark that the Centre should reconsider its decision of cancelling talks with Pakistan in order to end the border hostilities. Talking to mediapersons in New Delhi, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy said that Pakistan will have to pay for humiliating and bleeding Indian soldiers. India had called off Foreign Secretary level talks with Pakistan after Islamabad's envoy to New Delhi Abdul Basit went ahead with meetings with separatist leaders from Kashmir even after he was asked by the Centre to desist from it. Srinagar, Aug 25 (ANI): Representatives of Jammu and Kashmir National Panther's Party (JKNPP) held demonstrations in the Kashmir State Assembly on Monday against the apathy of the central and state governments towards those who have been affected by the recent ceasefire violations on the border. Pakistan army violated a ceasefire on the Indian border in the intervening night of August 24th and August 25th in Jammu district of the region. People living along the border have been under constant threat of the firing which has made them leave their homes overnight. Villagers along Indo-Pak border under constant threat as ceasefire violations continue

Jammu, Aug 25 (ANI): As the ceasefire violations by Pakistan continues along the Indo-Pak international border, villagers in Kashmir live under constant fear and shadow of death. Pakistan army continued to violate the ceasefire on the Indian border in the intervening night of August 24 and August 25 in the RS Pura area of Jammu district. Villagers in the bordering areas say that are moving out of the area due to constant threat to their lives. A villager in RS Pura sector sustained injury by midnight shelling from Pakistani troops and is admitted in a nearby hospital. Earlier on Sunday, two separate encounters at Keran sector and Kalaroos of the state killed four militants and two soldiers while three army men, including an officer, sustained injuries.
