Mexican Tacos Ingredients Maze flour - 100 gm Flour - 100 gm Red kidney bean paste Bell pepper (Red, Yellow & Green) Zucchini Baby corn Cheddar cheese Olive oil Salt & Pepper to taste 1. In a mixing bowl add maze flour, flour, salt, pepper, water & kneed well to make a soft dough. 2. Roll the dough into thin sheet & cook it & keep aside. 3. Toss the vegetables (Zucchini, Bell pepper, Baby corn) with green chillies, salt, pepper & olive oil. 4. Spread the Red kidney bean paste on the sheet, add the tossed vegetables on to it & top it with grated cheddar cheese. 5. Fold the sheet & grill on the hot plate. Modi Cabinet: Maneka, Uma and Kalraj take charge of their office

New Delhi, May 28 (ANI): The Cabinet Ministers under PM Narendra Modi for Water Resources, MSME and Maneka Gandhi for Women and Child Development took charge on Wednesday. Maneka Gandhi took charge of Women and Child Development (WCD) and was warmly welcomed by other officials. Uma Bharti was handed over the responsibility of Water Resources Minsitry for which she thanked the PM Narendra Modi and pledged to execute her duties well. Kalraj Mishra took over the ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and said that this ministry will help in abolishing unemployment from the nation. May 28, 2014
