Calais jungle: Refugees sew mouths shut to protest treatment

Refugees and migrants in France sewed their lips together in protest over their treatment in the Calais camp known as the jungle. Seven men, mostly from Iran, demonstrated in front of French police as the deconstruction of the shanty town in France continued after a judge upheld a government order last week to evict migrants living in the southern part of the camp. Mark Zuckerberg: No place for migrant hate speech on Facebook

Facebooks Mark Zuckerberg said that he understood the need to stamp out hate speech against migrants on the worlds biggest social network, and that the networks privacy policies would be changed. The move follows a charm offensive in Germany, where the company he co-founded has faced criticism for months from politicians and regulators over its privacy practices and a slow response to anti-immigrant postings by neo-Nazi sympathisers.
