Congress leader Rashid Alvi said that one who has no knowledge about history should not give such a statement. NCP leader Majid Memon said that such issues should not be given importance. New Delhi, Dec 11 (ANI): The Government has approved a compensation of Rs. 5 lakh each to the kin of victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. According to reports, the amount is an additional compensation which will be given to the families of the riot victims apart from what they have so far received from the government and other agencies.
