Modi said that terrorism is an international issue of concern and it needs to be understood by all the nations seriously. He also said that a lot of nations never understood the negative side of terrorism and kept on giving support to the evil. He also raised the ongoing issue of growing terrorism in the Middle East. The Prime Minister said that Terrorism is threat to humanity and whoever believes in humanity they need to come together beyond all divisions. Passengers relieved as train services resume in Kashmir

Baramulla/ Jammu, Sep 29 (ANI): Bringing much relief to the passengers, train services on the Baramulla-Banihal railway track resumed on Monday (September 29) after remaining closed for many days due to floods in Jammu and Kashmir. Train services were badly affected due to worst flooding in the valley. Besides claiming hundreds of lives and inundating thousands of homes, the flood destroyed military bases and hospitals in main city Srinagar after the Jhelum River overflowed its banks. Now with the train services resuming, passengers said it would also help boost their business, making it easier to commute. Meanwhile, the fourth bridge on the River Tawi was also reopened on Monday. After floods washed away the entire Jammu region, several bridges and connecting roads were closed. Anantnag, Sep 29 (ANI): Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi assured support to flood victims during their visit to the state of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday (September 29). Sonia and her son Rahul also interacted with the flood victims in Anantnag district. Rahul said they would be visiting other flood affected areas of the state as well. Emergency workers are struggling to prevent waterborne diseases like cholera as fetid water swilled around localities in the state. Hospitals were flooded when the Jhelum River burst its banks and staff scattered around the Srinagar city were unable to get to work.
